I hope you all are enjoying your summer! I love having the kids home (well, most of the time) and spending lots of time at the pool, meeting for playdates and outside with friends. I love that we don't have to be in bed early, and we get to sleep in!

Wow.... I most certainly win the bad blogger award! :) I can't believe that it was October the last time I updated here.... where does the time go?

As most of you know, for many months after Two Scrappy Sisters closed their storefront, they were hosting monthly crops at The Legends. How did it come around so quickly? Now that summer is officially over, I am ready for all things fall - apple picking, pumpkin patching, soccer games, smores, changing leaves, cooler weather - all of it!

If you missed the Recipe class at Stampers' Ink this past Saturday - you missed a fun class! We had a great time! Tanya still has some kits left, so if you want them, run in and pick one up. The next Recipe class is October 2nd, and we are doing Halloween recipes - I will share these soon!

I don't have any new page kits yet for September, I have been working countless hours on this:

We moved at the beginning of June, and I never got around to painting with so much to do over the summer. So finally (and thankfully!) I transformed Addie's bedroom into something a little more her style. It matches her zebra chair much better now! I have a few things to hang on the wall, and then I will share some after pics with you - it is so much better now, and so "Addie"!

Since I don't have any new kits, and I still have some kits left from August, let's have a sale! I have been away again....

the past few months have been a blurrrrrr!

The end of the school year - Addie finished Kindergarten, and Alex completed Elementary School.

We moved to a new (to us!) house - we accumulated 3 kids, 2 dogs and lots of stuff in 12 years!

We have enjoyed a wonderful summer - lots of days at the pool, getting to know new friends,

BBQs with old friends, movies, roller skating, slipping and sliding, T-Ball, gymnastics -

so many great memories.

Now Addie and Alex are getting ready to start at new schools -

separate schools for the first time. (sniff, sniff)

And Charlie starts pre-school. (more sniffles)

With all the commotion, I had the urge to be creative.

I have designed 8 new layouts!

And.....I have all the paper and have started the kits -
I will have them ready to go on Monday!

Whew.... last weekend was a whirlwind, I will admit - but I loved every minute of it! Thanks to all of you who purchased kits and those of you who came to classes on Sunday - it is always so good to see everyone!

As some of you already know, the paper didn't arrive for the Holiday Layouts.... I should have it in next week, so for those of you who have already ordered your kit, I will contact you when it is in! I wanted to share 2 of the 4 layouts that will be included with this fab kit - the papers are one of the best color combos I have seen, and the kit includes stickers and die-cuts, too! Love it! I hope you all have a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving. We are headed out at 5am tomorrow morning for Huntsville, Alabama, to visit my mother and grandmother. This doesn't happen often that we are all together, even my brother and his family, so the kids and I are looking forward to it! My hubby isn't so happy about driving so early in the morning, but deep down he is excited, too. :)
